1. Orders & shipping
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What sizes do your rashguards and shorts come in?
We currently offer sizes from S to 2XL. Please refer to our size chart on each product page and, when in doubt, size up for comfort during rolls.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Singapore. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders from Singapore & Malaysia usually arrive within 3–5 working days. International orders generally take 7–21 working days, depending on your location and customs.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number at info@rollingoodthymes.com
2. PRODUCTS & SIZING
How should I choose my size for rashguards and shorts?
Use the size chart and measure your chest, waist, and/or hips found on the respective product pages. If you’re between sizes or prefer a less compressive fit, go one size up.
Are your rashguards and shorts unisex?
Yes, our designs are unisex and made to fit all grapplers. Check the measurements rather than just your usual “T-shirt size".
What material are your products made from?
Our gear uses stretchy, moisture-wicking performance fabrics designed for grappling, comfort, and durability during hard rolls.
3. Care & Durability
How do I wash and care for my gear?
Cold wash, inside out, with similar colors. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Hang dry only, no tumble drying — to keep prints and elasticity in top shape.
Will the prints crack, fade, or peel?
With proper care (cold wash and hang dry), the printed designs are made to withstand regular training and maintain their look.
4. Exchanges & Issues
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds, but we offer exchanges in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to our exchange policy.
What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. If verified, we’ll arrange an exchange and cover return shipping for defective/incorrect items.
Can I exchange if I picked the wrong size?
We strongly encourage you to measure the size of the apparel you are purchasing as exchanges, with the exception of damaged or inferior products, are not usually entertained.
