At Rollin Good Thymes, your satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind our gear and will gladly provide exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

Eligibility and Process

Exchange Window: All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Defects & Errors: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@rollingoodthymes.com with photos and your order details.

Exchange Process: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item or an equivalent product at no additional cost to you. Customers will receive instructions on how to return the original item.

Return Shipping: For defective or incorrect items, Rollin’ Good Thymes will cover the cost of return shipping. For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Notes: Exchanges for damaged or incorrect items are our way of correcting mistakes and ensuring you get what you ordered.

We do not offer refunds, so please consider your purchase carefully.

Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange except in cases of defect or error.
